Regardless of they type of changes an organization is trying to make you always hear the phrase, “it has to start at the top.” This is of course a reference to the leadership of an organization, but what does it really mean? What is a leader? What characteristics, competencies, experiences, etc., define a leader? Companies grapple with these questions everyday and most realize that the answers they come up with will determine their fate today, and for years to come.
