Keith Cox is a seasoned
facilitator of transformation with more than 10 plus years in the behavioral
sciences focused on designing, developing and delivering integrated business
transformation solutions for clients. Keith is passionate about, and committed
to, working with business leaders to build values-driven, vision-guided
organizations that strive to gain a competitive advantage by developing and
harnessing the full potential of their people.
Keith’s career with such world class professional services firms as Ernst & Young LLP and marchFIRST has enabled him to work with Fortune 500 Firms, middle-market companies, as well as start-up organizations across multiple industries on a myriad of different change initiatives. Keith possesses a deep understanding of today’s business world and has the insight required to create high performance organizations into today’s “new economy.”
Coupled with his extensive consulting experience, Keith has a Master of Organization Development Degree, a Master of Business Administration Degree, and is a member of a number of professional organizations. In addition, he has received a number of professional certifications (e.g., Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Qualified) and his knowledge and experience with change has enabled him to speak at conferences, lead workshops & seminars, and co-author a chapter of Total Improvement Management. Keith is also an instructor of organizational change management at the Keller Graduate School of Management In Cleveland, Ohio.
